Wonderful place to stay for a Arkansas football weekend. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and the break was great. I would stay here again in the future based on this experience!

A very nice home in a convenient location..What I liked. 1..Nice size room 2..Super friendly checkin..Happily accommodated our request to be on the 3rd floor. 3. Beds are firm which we like 4..Very quiet 5..great kitchenette in room 6. like how the sink and toilet are separate. Helps to get done in hurry. 7. breakfast is free and has a good variety 8..free internet 9..free parking

We were immediately greeted with beautiful landscaping & a lovely modern chandelier. This hotel was clean & had a great variety of options for the included breakfast.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels/suites due to my job and also for vacations. This place was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in!! Everyone that worked here were very kind and helpful! Next time I go to a home game for the Razorbacks, I will 100% pick this place again!!! Breakfast was good, I don't really like breakfast at any hotel but the food here was fresh and actually good. 10/10 recommend!!

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and Bentonville. Check in was easy and fast, and we were greeted with a smile. Our room was very nice with every amenity we need. We had a mini fridge, microwave, small sofa that was separated from the king size bed. Environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers along with a blow dryer. Bed was comfy and pillows great. Manager(owner?) Michelle and her husband , Tim exhibited customer service at its best. While I cannot say exactly what she provided(or everyone would ask!) it was so beyond what any hotel, at any price, would do. My thanks to this Springhill Suites! I recommend them highly!

Overall it was decent. Breakfast was lacking (someone else posted that they got omelettes, etc. we got soggy turkey sausage most days), the rooms look well kept but aged. The curtains don't cover the windows well so it was too bright for me to sleep well. Everyone who worked there were nice and made up for the shortcomings. We were helping my sister who just moved here. Being unfamiliar with the area, its a bit of a hassle to get to this hotel if you're coming from the other direction - you have to U-turn (wait for lots of traffic) or go through a few other parking lots.

Amazing clean hotel! Jason at the front desk is super inviting, and very professional!! He needs a promotion!! The lady that works the front desk during the day, Dana, is HORRIBLE, super rude and is extremely lacking customer service!!! She needs fired! If it wasn’t for Jason, we would not be coming back. We booked a total of 4 rooms between my family and my buddies family. I only gave service 4 stars cause of Jason. If I only had to deal with him it would be a perfect 5 stars!!

This hotel is clean and well maintained. I did have trouble sleeping. The pillows are down filled and not supportive enough for me. The pipes and water are very loud! I woke many times to the sounds of loud pipes and water running which I will post videos of. The doors have a large gap at the bottom making sounds from the hallway very loud. I used towels to help dampen the noise. If you are a light sleeper there are noise problems that will make it difficult to sleep. The best part of the hotel is their breakfast. It is so good! They have an omelette, waffle, oatmeal, and yogurt bar with many toppings to choose from. It is very neat and organized. They had gluten free Udis muffins! That was very good of them to think of those with food allergies. The hotel also places a complementary water and mixed nut bag in the room for guests. Shampoo/conditioner/ and body wash are supplied in the shower. Overall it is a great hotel. The loud pipes and water noises are my biggest issue as to if I would return to sleep here again.
